Is the subwoofer wireless?
No — it is a wired subwoofer. The cable is in the box. Wired is why it never drops out mid-film and never needs re-pairing.
Will it work with my TV?
Yes. It connects by optical, AUX or RCA depending on what your TV has, and all the common cables are in the box. If you are not sure which port your TV uses, ask the agent above and describe your TV.
Can I turn the lights off?
Yes, from the remote. The RGB bar is a feature, not a condition — plenty of people run it off during the news and on at the weekend.
Do you deliver outside Nairobi?
Yes, all 47 counties. Nairobi, Kiambu and Kajiado are same-day. Everywhere else is dispatched the same day and arrives the next. Pick your date in the form and we work to it.
What if it is faulty when it arrives?
Check it at the door before you pay — that is the point of paying on delivery. After that it carries a 1 year warranty from the date of delivery.
